Join Josh Holleb for an overview of the KWS Seeds sugarbeet research and breeding facility in Kimberly, Idaho. Ceres designed, engineered, and equipped the facility, working alongside general contractor Starr Corporation from groundbreaking to completion. In this first video of our four-part series, Josh walks through the full site, including the sealed and vented greenhouses, headhouses, vernalization chamber, and the EcoPack™ HVAC system serving the sealed greenhouses. The facility supports seedling production for sugarbeet variety trials and disease management research, with four independent plant zones managed through Ceres’ SunSense™ controls.
