Design Summary:
The owners of this Vesta+™ Kit House in Pagosa Springs, Colorado wanted an additional dwelling unit next to their main house to use for various purposes. For example, our clients are using their Vesta™ kitchen space as a laboratory for a herbalism business, and have turned the upstairs into a wellness floor with a sauna and workout room. Couches and a pottery wheel downstairs, a sauna and a large bathtub upstairs, and various exercise equipment throughout, has made this space versatile and enjoyable to be in. This particular Vesta+™ was built unfinished and the clients designed the interior layout and finished the house themselves. For those not working with an architect, Ceres offers several recommended floor plans at no extra cost.
