What do 2,000 ladybugs in a greenhouse look like?

Natural pest control (using good bugs to kill bad bugs) is a great remedy for any pest outbreaks in a greenhouse. Partly because it is so easy… buy and release an army of beneficial insects, such as lady bugs or lacewings, and let them go to town feasting on aphids or gnats that may be eating your plants. Lady bugs (surprisingly) can be purchased at a local garden, or even hardware store. We found these 2,000 for $8.99 at Home Depot. Josh demonstrates setting them free.
