The Owner’s Representative protects the owner from overcharges, faulty workmanship, damaging and costly prolonged schedule extensions, potential litigation, and liability.

This system is used by major builders, the US Government, insurance companies and developers. This proven system protects the client by providing a separate professional overview of the entire project. The Owner’s Representative program also secures the client with a construction expert who is answerable only to the client whilst communicating with contractors.

This program is fee based and not profit motivated. The service provided by the Owner’s Rep is intended to save the client money during the construction process by managing the construction costs, schedule, and quality.
